State of Mind Designs believes that gorgeous Lowcountry architecture should be available to everyone. If you are not interested in custom design, our robust online catalog of pre-designed house plans makes it easy to have the home of your dreams.
Our pre-designed house plans are unlike the clearing house style plans on the market today. This collection includes high quality plans designed by the preeminent architecture firm of Pearce Scott Architects that specializes in Lowcountry-style design.
OUR HISTORY
State of Mind Designs is originated from the designs of Pierce Scott Architects. The collection was envisioned in response to the increasing demand for pre-designed house plans and the quality that defines the Pearce Scott Architects brand. We formed State of Mind Designs to offer exclusively pre-designed plans while Pearce Scott Architects serves clients who need custom architecture and planning services. Many of the pre-designed house plans were created for developers, builders and individuals.
Our plans are inspired by the Lowcountry’s charming environment and long history. The wide porches, shutters, dormers and transoms are among the many unique qualities that define the homes throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head and beyond.
State of Mind Designs is named after where we live, work and play — Bluffton, SC. Rich in history, dotted with aged live oaks and surrounded by the majestic May River, “State of Mind” is Bluffton’s quirky motto for the Southern laidback lifestyle.
State of Mind Designs LLC uses Pay Proudly payment processing gateway. A portion of proceeds from every home plan sold auto-contributes to a charitable organization.
